Welcome to my San Diego State University MA in Teacher Leadership programme capstone portfolio. With this portfolio I aim to demonstrate my cross-programme learnings over fourteen months through artifacts, reflections and a resume that highlight the immense personal and professional growth I experienced. This portfolio also provides a window into my identity as an educator, a human being with unique lived experience and a leader of inclusion in its broadest sense.

Artwork from South African artist, Mary Sibande, B. 1982 form the backdrop of this portfolio. Each piece resonating with me deeply, echoing the message of inclusion, equity, anti-racism and belonging that permeates my work as a leader of inclusion.

I am a senior leader, educator, and lifelong learner currently living in Kuala Lumpur. I love teaching, but I have an intense passion for learning, especially when it comes to the wonders of the brain. I'm on a mission to champion inclusivity and to collaborate tirelessly toward a vision close to my heart: creating a just and equitable society where everyone truly belongs. What better place to ignite this change than within the walls of our schools.
